Backtestify is the operator of this service. These terms are governed by French law. Support: support@backtestify.com.
1. What Backtestify is
Backtestify is a research and simulation tool. It replays trading rules against historical market data and reports what those rules would have produced in that window. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide financial, investment or tax advice.
2. No performance promise
Historical results, reliability scores and simulations are descriptions of past data and modelled scenarios only. They are not predictions. Live results differ because of spreads, liquidity, latency, fees, market regime changes and execution behaviour.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the strategy descriptions you submit. Reports are private to your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to overload the engine, bypass usage limits, scrape reports belonging to other accounts, or resell outputs as guaranteed trading signals.
5. Market data
Market history is sourced from third-party public exchange endpoints and may contain gaps or revisions. Every report discloses the data window and any integrity issues detected.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Pro is a subscription, $29/month or $190/year. It renews automatically, monthly or annually, whichever you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not pro-rated. All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where VAT or another consumption tax applies to you, it is calculated and added at checkout, so the total charged can be higher than the advertised amount.

7. Not financial advice
Nothing in Backtestify is financial, investment or tax advice, and no result is a guarantee or forecast of future returns. Every figure is a hypothetical simulation of past candles under stated assumptions. Past performance does not indicate future results, and you are solely responsible for any trading decision you make.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
