What is a credit?

One balance for everything you run. A backtest is 4 credits, an improve search 6, a forecast ⅕ and 10 minutes of video 1. Pine scripts, reports, the replay and the journal use none.

What if a backtest fails?

If it fails on our side, missing market data or an outage, the credits go straight back to your balance.

What if I run out of credits?

You'll be offered a top-up or a bigger plan right there, before anything runs.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. 1 month on Starter and Pro, 3 months on Power. Free credits reset each month.

Which plans include Improve?

Pro and above. It searches better versions of your strategy and proves the winner on data it has never seen.

Is checking my rules free?

Yes. Reading your rules and clearing up questions costs nothing. Credits are taken only when the backtest runs.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan and credits stay until the end of the period you paid for.

Is VAT included?

Prices exclude VAT. Where it applies, it is calculated at checkout.
