Refunds and right
of withdrawal

If Backtestify is not what you expected, email support@backtestify.com within 7 days of your payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method. When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends and the unused credits it bought are removed from your balance.

Because we sell a digital service from France to consumers in the EU, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund, without giving a reason. This right exists independently of our own guarantee above.

To withdraw, email support@backtestify.com within 14 days of the payment, for a plan or a credit pack. We refund it to the original payment method within 14 days of your message; the plan ends and the unused credits it bought are removed from your balance. Nothing is asked of you at checkout to keep this right.

Plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; the plan and its credits stay to the end of the period you already paid for and it is not pro-rated. Renewal charges after the first period are not covered by the 7-day guarantee, cancel before the renewal date to avoid them.

Starter is $15/month or $144/year, Pro $29/month or $288/year, Power $59/month or $588/year. Credit packs (40 for $12, 150 for $39, 500 for $119) are one-time purchases; their credits last 12 months. All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where VAT or another consumption tax applies to you, it is calculated and added at checkout, so the total charged can be higher than the advertised amount.

A backtest, Improve search, forecast or video read that fails because of us, missing market data or an outage, gives its credits straight back to your balance. You do not need to ask.
